Week 2: Mindful coloring book

  • Sit down and spend 10 minutes coloring an intricate design in a coloring book of your choice. 
  • Try to use all the colors of the rainbow!
  • This is one fun thing parents and children can do together to relax at bedtime. 
  • Play some soft music in the background, unwind, and focus on the design of your choice.
