Weight Management:
Your child is overweight and you are looking for nutrition solutions. Weight is often a by-product of many factors and I use a multi dimensional approach to target the root cause and come up with a family based plan with reasonable goals.
Cancer Survivorship:
Your child has completed chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation and has side effects that have limited his/her quality of life such as fatigue, insomnia, pain, depression, or anxiety. I provide Evidence based complementary therapies that can be utilized to help improve symptom management
Culinary Medicine Sessions:
This is a series of 4 sessions focused on parents to help create good eaters from 6 months and beyond with fast, simple, and easy recipes in 5 steps or less.
*Health coaching consultations can be provided on a case to case basis out of state
*This provider does not do primary care and requires all patients to have established care with a PCP
