Week 1: Favorite Place

Sit in your favorite place in your home. 

Close your eyes and feel the way every finger and toe feels in your body. 

Take a mental note of how you feel at this moment. 

Now take 5 big breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth

When you breathe in think: I am taking in happiness and peace

When you breathe out think: I am leaving behind fear and anxiety  

Set a 3 minute timer
