Breakfast smoothie!

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1 stem of mint leaves 
  • Optional:
  • For constipation can add 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • For increased calories add 1 avocado 
  • For increased Vit C can add fresh orange juice 
  1. Blend all ingredients and serve!
